About the Practitioner
Vivian Seville, Joyologist, CNA, LMT, is a licensed massage therapist with more than 15 years of experience.
Training
Vivian received extensive training from the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts and the Upledger Institute in Florida. She studied Emotional Release techniques with Jim Hyman of California and continues to study healing methods with national experts.
In her work, Vivian addresses all aspects of a client's healing - physical, mental, emotional and spiritual - using a combination of Swedish, Myotherapy, Myofascial, Reflexology, Lymphatic and Craniosacral modalities, along with Emotional Release, PSYCH-K, Flower Essences, Flower Essence Body Mapping and Aromatherapy.
Long Distance Work
To assist her clients further, Vivian was specifically trained to work with clients long distance. She has had tremendous success working with her clients to create the changes they are wanting, utilizing her advanced skills in PSYCH-K and as a Wellness Coach.
Vivian is also a Certified Nursing Assistant, supporting her community by providing private duty CNA skills. This specific training enhances her skills as a massage therapiest, as it gives her an awareness of the body from the perspective of what a CNA would keep an eye out for.
She has served the Rim Country for 15 years from her office in the Pine-Strawberry Medical Center.
Vivian has been trained as a Life Coach receiving her certification from Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. She utilizes this training as a Wellness Coach working for a Mind/Body Weight Management Clinic, focusing on identifying "How did I get here?" (this weight issue) and changing "Habits of Thought."
Vivian loves the variety of modalities, as it enables her to "meet her clients where they are." She loves teaching what she learns to her clients to empower them on their own wellness journey.
Why does she do this work?
I do what I do because life should be joyful and not stressful.
I truly believe we all want to be happy and healthy, but some of us have forgotten how. Stress, pain, insomnia, being a workaholic and depression are all indicators of what we have forgotten.
I have acquired tools to enhance and empower the wellness journey for an individual, from any direction they may be coming from.
I want to work with clients who are "Ready, Willing and Able" to take just one baby step at a time. Sometimes that baby step is simply a relaxing massage...
